This is Halloween

Halloween or Hallowe'en (a contraction of "All Hallow's Evening"), also known as All Hallows' Eve,is a yearly celebration observed in a number of countries on October 31, the eve of the Western Christian feast of All Halloows, or All Saints. According to many scholars, it was originally influenced by western European harvest festivals and festivals of the dead with possible pagan roots.

The irreverent Iris Apfel

She's known for her trademark saucer-sized glasses! She´s the cutest fashionable old lady that i know in this world! Iris didn't shy away from style but really embraced it.Love the statement necklaces, the glasses, the style :)
For the ones that don´t know this woman, she born in 1921 in New York, only child,  and her family owned a glass-and-mirror business.
She becomes a fashion icon in the latest 40´s and in 2005, the Metropolitan Museum of art in New York City premiered an exhibition about Apfel titled Rara Avis (Rare Bird): The Irreverent Iris Apfel.

Just tweed me

Tweed has recently come back to fashion with high end stores and designers using it often. And we saw it a lot in fashion weeks.
But i want to show you the "Little black jacket" in tweed, a new interpretation of the Chanel jacket by mister Karl Lagerfeld and miss Carine Roitfeld.These photos were made by celebrities that show their creativity in a special photoshoot wearing the famous jacket!  Enjoy it!
